By placing an order with Maison Osmèryl, you accept the conditions below.

Prices and currencies

Prices are expressed in USD and may be displayed in CDF according to the configured rate. The amount that applies is the one in the order summary, in the order's own currency.

Availability

An order is confirmed after the real availability of the items has been checked. If an item turns out to be unavailable, we tell you before preparation.

Payment

The payment methods offered are those shown at checkout. For transfer and mobile money, the order is prepared once our team has verified the payment. An order is never treated as paid on the strength of a screenshot alone.

Cash on delivery

The amount is due on receipt. If it is refused at handover, return costs remain the customer's responsibility.

Returns

Return conditions are set out on the Returns page and, where a period applies, on the page of the product concerned.

Governing law

These conditions are governed by Congolese law.
