Delivery

We deliver in Kinshasa. Delivery to another city is possible and is arranged with you before dispatch.

Zones and fees

Available delivery zones and their fees are shown at checkout. The amount you see in the summary is the amount you are asked for.

Timing

Where an estimated time is attached to a product or a zone, it is shown. We do not promise a guaranteed time: in Kinshasa as elsewhere, traffic and product availability change how long preparation takes.

Tracking

Every dispatched order has tracking. You can reach it from your account, or without an account using your order number and the recipient's phone number. Tracking shows the real stage: prepared, dispatched, out for delivery, delivered. “Dispatched” never means “delivered”.

Cash on delivery

If you chose cash on delivery, the amount due is shown on the tracking page and remains due until the order is handed over.
